Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients Directions
  • 5 lbs potatoes, cubed and cooked (red are wonderful and no need to peel them!)
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 5 strips crumbled bacon
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
